- Statements and declarations
You acknowledge that inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or outdated information may result in:

- Additional fees
- Visa rejection
- Visa cancellation
- Refusal of entry
- Deportation
- Blacklisting
- Legal consequences
for which BaliEasy shall not be liable.
You further declare that:
- You have disclosed any criminal history relevant to your visa eligibility.
- You will comply with all Indonesian laws and regulations.
- You will only undertake activities permitted by your visa.
- You will not work or conduct restricted activities without the appropriate permit.
- You will promptly notify BaliEasy of any changes that may affect your application.
4. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf
You authorize BaliEasy to act as your representative for visa-related services, including preparing, submitting, and communicating information and supporting documents to Indonesian Immigration and other relevant government authorities.
BaliEasy acts solely as a visa service provider and facilitator.
Visa approvals, refusals, processing times, requests for additional documents, and all immigration decisions remain entirely at the discretion of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.
5. Scope of Service & Application Process
BaliEasy provides visa facilitation services in accordance with the latest Indonesian immigration regulations.
An application is deemed to have commenced once BaliEasy has received:
- all required documents,
- complete information,
- and successful payment,
and BaliEasy begins processing or preparing the application.
Once processing has commenced, it cannot be halted or reversed except as stated in the Refund Policy.
BaliEasy cannot begin processing until all required documentation and payment have been received.
Indonesian Immigration may request additional documents, clarification, interviews, or supporting information at any stage of the application. Customers agree to cooperate with such requests.
Failure to promptly provide requested documents or information may delay processing or affect the outcome of the application. BaliEasy shall not be responsible for delays arising from customer inaction.
6. Processing Time
Any processing time displayed on the website, provided by customer support, or published in marketing materials is an estimate only.
Actual processing times may vary due to:
- Immigration workload
- Government policy changes
- Public holidays
- Additional verification
- System maintenance
- Circumstances beyond BaliEasy’s control
BaliEasy does not guarantee any processing timeframe.
7. Visa Approval & Entry into Indonesia
Visa approval does not guarantee entry into Indonesia.
Final admission into Indonesia is determined solely by Indonesian Immigration officers at the point of entry.
BaliEasy shall not be liable for refusal of entry after a visa has been approved.
8. Delivery of Visa Documentation
After purchase, customers will receive:
- Order confirmation
- Submission instructions
- Notification once the application has been submitted
- Approved visa document (if approved)
- Visa usage instructions
Customers must notify BaliEasy immediately if expected documentation has not been received.
9. Passport Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their passport:
- remains valid for the required period under Indonesian immigration regulations;
- contains sufficient blank pages where applicable;
- is submitted to BaliEasy or the relevant authority when required.
BaliEasy is not responsible for delays, overstays, penalties, or application failures resulting from the customer’s failure to provide a valid passport or submit it within the required timeframe.
10. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in both Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and United States Dollars (USD).
Transactions processed within Indonesia are charged in Indonesian Rupiah.
Customers are responsible for:
- Currency conversion differences
- Bank charges
- International transfer fees
- Payment gateway fees
Customers should retain proof of payment for verification purposes.
All prices displayed on the website include:
- Government Fee (PNBP) & Handling Fee
- BaliEasy Agent Fee
No hidden charges apply unless additional services are requested by the customer.
11. Price Structure
Visa service pricing consists of:
Government Fee (PNBP) & Handling Fee
These mandatory fees are paid to Indonesian Immigration and related processing channels.
BaliEasy Agent Fee
This fee covers BaliEasy’s professional services, including:
- Document verification
- Application preparation
- Submission coordination
- Customer support
- Processing assistance
BaliEasy only retains the Agent Fee as service revenue.
12. Refund & Cancellation
Refunds are governed exclusively by the BaliEasy Refund Policy.
In summary:
- Ineligibility during verification: 95% refund
- Customer cancellation before submission: 95% refund
- Rejection by issuing authority: 95% Agent Fee refund (Government Fees are non-refundable)
- Refusal of entry into Indonesia: No refund
Refund requests must comply with the applicable timeframe stated in the Refund Policy.
13. Customer Responsibility While in Indonesia
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining a valid visa status
- Understanding visa conditions
- Complying with Indonesian immigration regulations
- Complying with all Indonesian laws
- Avoiding overstaying
- Using the visa only for its permitted purpose
- Carrying out only activities authorized under the visa
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the visa they apply for and use is appropriate for their intended activities in Indonesia and complies with all applicable Indonesian immigration laws and regulations.
Each Indonesian visa has specific purposes, permitted activities, conditions, and restrictions. Customers are encouraged to review the latest official guidance published by the Directorate General of Immigration: Official Indonesian Immigration Visa Information
For example, tourist visas such as Visa on Arrival (VOA) and B1 Visit Visa are generally intended for tourism, family visits, social visits, and other activities permitted under the applicable immigration regulations, and do not authorize employment or other income-generating activities in Indonesia unless expressly permitted by law.
If customers are uncertain whether their intended activities are permitted under a particular visa, they should consult BaliEasy before submitting an application or engaging in those activities.
BaliEasy shall not be liable for any visa cancellation, refusal of entry, deportation, blacklist, penalties, fines, or other legal consequences arising from a customer’s use of a visa in a manner inconsistent with its permitted purpose or Indonesian immigration laws.
14. Criminal Activity & Legal Compliance
Customers are solely responsible for their conduct while in Indonesia.
BaliEasy shall not be responsible or liable for any investigation, arrest, detention, deportation, blacklist, prosecution, imprisonment, visa cancellation, fines, or other legal consequences arising from criminal, unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited conduct by the customer.
If BaliEasy becomes aware that fraudulent documents or false information have been submitted, BaliEasy reserves the right to suspend or terminate its services immediately without refund where permitted under the Refund Policy.
BaliEasy may cooperate with Indonesian government authorities where required by applicable law or pursuant to a lawful request.
15. Government Authority & Force Majeure
BaliEasy shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or outcomes arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Immigration decisions
- Government policy changes
- Processing delays
- System outages
- Natural disasters
- Pandemic or public health emergencies
- War or civil unrest
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Cybersecurity incidents
- Other force majeure events
Final authority regarding all visa matters remains with Indonesian Immigration.
16. Travel Arrangements
Customers are strongly advised not to purchase non-refundable flights, accommodation, tours, or other travel arrangements until their visa has been approved.
BaliEasy shall not be liable for financial losses arising from travel bookings made before visa approval or resulting from visa delays, refusals, or immigration decisions.
17. Privacy & Confidentiality
Personal information is handled in accordance with the BaliEasy Privacy Policy.
BaliEasy will not disclose customer information to third parties without consent unless:
- required by law;
- requested by a competent government authority;
- necessary to process the visa application.
18. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, customers agree to contact BaliEasy to seek a resolution.
Customers agree to:
- cooperate with any investigation;
- provide supporting documentation when requested;
- comply with payment processor requirements.
Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of payment systems may result in suspension of services and reporting to the relevant authorities.
19. Right to Refuse Service
BaliEasy reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where it reasonably believes:
- fraudulent documents have been submitted;
- false or misleading information has been provided;
- sanctions or legal restrictions apply;
- the requested service may violate Indonesian law;
- abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct has occurred;
- continuing the service would expose BaliEasy to legal or regulatory risk.
Where permitted by law and the Refund Policy, refunds may not be available.
20. Website Accuracy
While BaliEasy endeavors to ensure that all information on this website is accurate, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.
BaliEasy reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccurate information without prior notice.
21. Limitation of Liability

25. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of BaliEasy services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

These Terms and Conditions are prepared in the English language.
If translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between translations.
