3. Delivery of Visa Documentation

After completing a purchase, customers will receive:

• An order confirmation email containing a receipt and instructions for document submission.
• A notification email once the visa application is submitted to immigration.
• A final email with the approved visa document and further instructions.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on BaliEasy are displayed in both United States Dollars (USD) and Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), in compliance with the regulation that all transactions conducted within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia must use Rupiah. Customers are responsible for any exchange rate differences or additional fees charged by their payment provider.

5. Refund / Cancellation Policy

We offer a 24-hour refund policy, allowing you to request a refund within 1 day after receiving a permit rejection notice.

Refund Conditions:

• Ineligibility for Service: 95% refund if found ineligible during verification.
• Cancellation During Verification: 95% refund if canceled before document submission.
• Rejection by Issuing Authority: 95% refund of the service fee only. Government fees are non-refundable.
• Refusal of Entry: No refund if entry is denied by immigration despite holding a valid visa.

6. Compliance with Indonesian Regulations

To apply for a visa through Visa BaliEasy, customers must agree to:

• Provide a scanned copy of their passport.
• Submit recent passport-sized photos.
• Provide a return flight ticket (for certain visa types).
• Submit any other documentation as specified for the selected visa type (e.g., business invitation, financial proof, health insurance).

Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the visa application process will result in the cancellation of the visa and possible legal action in accordance with Indonesian law.

8. Disclaimer

Visa BaliEasy disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information on this website.
