3. Accuracy of Customer Information & Customer Declaration

You declare and confirm that all information and documents provided to BaliEasy are true, accurate, complete, and up to date, including but not limited to:

  • Personal details

  • Passport information

  • Travel dates

  • Supporting documents

  • Declarations and statements

You acknowledge that any incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or outdated information may result in delays, rejection, cancellation, additional fees, refusal of entry, or legal consequences, for which BaliEasy shall not be held liable.

You further declare that:

  • You have no criminal record that would affect your eligibility (unless disclosed)

  • You will comply with Indonesian immigration laws

  • You will not work or engage in prohibited activities without the appropriate permit

  • You will notify BaliEasy of any address or status changes during the visa process


4. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf

You authorize BaliEasy to act as your representative and facilitator for visa-related services, including submitting applications, supporting documents, and required information to Indonesian authorities.

You acknowledge that BaliEasy is a third-party service provider, and that visa approvals, processing times, and decisions are determined solely by Indonesian Immigration and government authorities.


5. Scope of Service & Application Process

BaliEasy follows the latest Indonesian immigration laws, policies, and regulations.

Once your application has commenced—after submission of required documents and successful payment—the process cannot be halted or reversed, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

BaliEasy cannot proceed with any service until all required documents and payment have been received.


6. Delivery of Visa Documentation

After purchase, customers will receive:

  • Order confirmation and submission instructions

  • Notification when the application is submitted

  • Final visa document and usage instructions (if approved)

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in USD and IDR. Transactions within Indonesia are processed in Indonesian Rupiah.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Currency conversion differences

  • Bank fees

  • Payment gateway charges

You are advised to retain proof of payment in case of verification issues.


8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. In summary:

  • Ineligibility during verification: 95% refund

  • Cancellation before document submission: 95% refund

  • Rejection by issuing authority: 95% service fee refund (government fees non-refundable)

  • Refusal of entry by immigration: No refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours where applicable.


9. Government Authority & Beyond Our Control

BaliEasy is not responsible for matters beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Immigration decisions

  • Government policy changes

  • Processing delays

  • System outages

  • Force majeure events

Final authority always rests with Indonesian Immigration.


10. Customer Responsibility While in Indonesia

While in Indonesia, it is solely your responsibility to:

  • Maintain legal visa status

  • Follow all immigration laws and regulations

  • Avoid overstaying your visa

  • Understand visa limitations and conditions

BaliEasy is not liable for penalties, fines, or consequences resulting from non-compliance.


11. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

BaliEasy will not disclose application details to any third party without written consent, except where required by law or government authorities.


12. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact BaliEasy to resolve the issue.

You agree to:

  • Cooperate with chargeback investigations

  • Provide requested documentation

  • Comply with payment processor terms

Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse of payment systems may result in service suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaliEasy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.


14. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by or licensed to BaliEasy. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.


15. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable under Indonesian law, the remaining provisions remain valid.


16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes fall under Indonesian court jurisdiction.
