C1 Tourist Visa for Travel Document Holders without Passport

The C1 Tourist Visa allows travellers who do not hold a standard national passport to visit Indonesia using a recognised travel document, such as a Refugee Travel Document, Titre de Voyage, Laissez-Passer, or another travel document accepted by Indonesian Immigration.

This is a single-entry visa that allows you to stay in Indonesia for up to 60 days. The visa may be extended twice, with each extension allowing an additional stay of up to 60 days, for a maximum total stay of 180 days.

Because this is a single-entry visa, it becomes invalid once you leave Indonesia, even if you still have remaining stay days.

Important Notes

  • This visa is intended for applicants who hold a recognised travel document instead of a standard national passport.
  • Applicants without any passport or recognised travel document cannot apply for this visa.
  • Your travel document must have at least 12 months of remaining validity.
  • A valid Permanent Resident Card or Immigrant Card must be submitted together with the travel document.
  • You must apply before travelling to Indonesia and while you are still outside the country.

  • For travel documents or residency documents other than those listed on this page, we must first confirm eligibility with Indonesian Immigration.
  • Please contact BaliEasy and send us a copy of your documents before placing your order.
  • Final visa approval is entirely subject to the decision of Indonesian Immigration.
