Refund Policy – Visa BaliEasy

Effective Date: May 22, 2025

At Visa BaliEasy, we strive to ensure your visa application process is smooth and successful. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

24-Hour Refund Window

You may request a refund within 24 hours after receiving a rejection notice from the visa issuer.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (order ID), available from your confirmation email or personal dashboard.

Eligible Refund Conditions

Condition 1: Ineligibility for Applied Visa

If we discover during document verification that you are not eligible for the visa you applied for, you will receive a 95% refund of the total amount paid.

Condition 2: Cancellation During Verification Process

If you cancel your application before we submit it to immigration (while still in document review), we will refund 95% of the total amount paid.

Condition 3: Rejected by Visa Issuer

If your application is rejected by the official visa issuer (such as the Indonesian immigration office, embassy, or consulate) after it passes our verification, we will refund 95% of the service fee only.

  • Government fees are non-refundable.
  • Example: If the total fee is IDR 1,200,000 and the government portion is IDR 700,000, your refund will be 95% of IDR 500,000 = IDR 475,000.

Important: For visas that require appointments, refunds apply only if you complete all required documents at least 3 working days (72 hours) before your appointment. If submitted late, no refund is guaranteed.

Condition 4: Refusal of Entry by Immigration

No refund will be issued if you are denied entry to Indonesia despite holding a valid visa processed via Visa BaliEasy.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, email us at visa@balieasy.com with the subject line:
Refund Request – [Your Order ID]

We’ll review your request and confirm eligibility within 3 working days. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund transaction.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us again at visa@balieasy.com.
